• How do I give a gift subscription to BritBox?

  • 1-year gift subscriptions are available for purchase online at our website for $89.99. Click here to purchase a gift.

    Gift subscriptions are sent by email. Choose to send it directly to the lucky recipient by entering their email address, or yourself by entering your email address. Although the gift email will send right away, the subscription won't start until it's redeemed.

• When does a gift subscription start?

  • A gift subscription starts when it's redeemed, not when the gift is purchased, so you have the flexibility to purchase or redeem whenever you like.

• Where can you watch BritBox?

  • After redeeming the gift subscription at BritBox.com, the lucky recipient can watch BritBox in most web browsers, or our apps on iOS, Android, Roku, FireTV, AppleTV (4th generation or newer), Samsung SmartTVs, LG SmartTVs, or Chromecast.

• Can you redeem a gift subscription on Amazon Prime Video or Apple TV Channels?

  • Gift subscriptions can only be redeemed at BritBox.com.

    If the lucky recipient is already subscribed to BritBox as an add-on through Amazon Prime Video or AppleTV Channels, the recipient will first cancel the add-on subscription and then redeem the gift at BritBox.com.

• How do you redeem the gift subscription?

  • Gift subscriptions are always redeemed online at BritBox.com. After redeeming, watch through any of our apps or at BritBox.com.

    New subscribers will create an account and subscribe using their gift code.

    Current subscribers will sign-in to their account. The gift code can be entered on the 'Subscription' tab available in their account. If they're subscribed using their Roku, Google Play or Apple account, please click here for instructions.
